Behind the scenes at RaceSim: How I landed my second partner in Löddeköpinge

Building your own brand is all about daring to take initiative, and my visit to RaceSim in Löddeköpinge is a perfect example of that. This was actually my second real partner for the F1 account F1rmav, and the entire collaboration started because I took matters into my own hands. I remember being in Stockholm when I first started messaging the owner, who is in charge of the facility. Instead of just sending another email to a crowded inbox, I decided to call him directly to pitch my ideas. With all the scams going on these days, it feels much safer to speak over the phone so you do not end up waiting around in vain for a response that might never come, which unfortunately can happen with other venues. The owner was incredibly nice and easy to talk to right from that first call, and we simply decided to book a meeting for the week after I had been go karting in Gothenburg.

The facility is about a one hour drive away, making it reasonably close and easy to get to. It was a bit tricky to find RaceSim at first, but luckily they had been very specific on their website about exactly where the entrance was located, so thanks to that clear description we managed to quickly locate the door and find our way in. The moment we stepped over the threshold, we were welcomed by an absolutely amazing interior. The entire venue breathed motorsport and was filled with cool Formula 1 memorabilia, awesome lighting, great music, and a fantastic atmosphere overall. The actual racing section with the F1 simulators was in a class of its own and felt incredibly professional and super fun to drive.

During the day, we filmed quite a bit around the maxed out environment and I created a few different edits for my social media. The owner was super cool throughout the entire visit and I got the chance to test out the simulators properly myself, and he also got behind the wheel to drive on the virtual tracks. The results of our work turned out fantastic and the videos passed 50,000 views on social media, which felt incredibly rewarding and showed real interest from the followers. Before we packed up our gear and headed home, we decided that we will definitely keep in touch moving forward. It was an extremely successful visit, and I am super grateful that RaceSim gave me the chance to show what F1rmav can do!
