Short, because this is a fan site: some clips, some writing, a race calendar and a list you can join. No accounts, nothing to buy yet.

f1rmav.com is run by one person as an independent fan project. Using the site means you're happy with what's on this page.

02 — Not official, and not pretending to be
Independent fan channel. Not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by Formula 1, the FIA or any team.
This is a fan channel. Formula 1, F1, FIA, Ferrari, Scuderia Ferrari and every team and driver name are the trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to describe the sport being talked about. No sponsorship, endorsement or approval by any of them is claimed or implied, and nothing here is an official source of anything.
For results, timing and the real calendar, go to the official F1 and FIA channels. Anything on this site can be wrong, out of date, or an opinion.
03 — The merch list
Joining the list means we'll email you when merch goes on sale. That's the whole arrangement:
- It is not an order, a pre-order, or a reservation. Nothing is charged and nothing is owed.
- It is not a promise that merch will ship, or ship at any particular time. It might not happen at all.
- You can leave whenever you like, by emailing the address above.
What happens to your address is set out in the privacy notice. If and when there is an actual shop, it will have its own sale terms and this section will be replaced.
04 — Using the content
What's ours
The writing, layout, design and original media on this site belong to F1 RMAV. Read it, enjoy it, and link to it freely — a link to a page here is always welcome and never needs permission.
What isn't welcome: republishing the content as your own, scraping the site automatically, or using anything here to train a model or build a competing feed.
What isn't ours
Clips, thumbnails and imagery may include material owned by other people. Those remain theirs, used here for commentary and criticism. If you own something on this site and want it taken down, email the address above and it will be removed — no argument, no process to navigate.
05 — Links to other sites
Links out to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and anywhere else are there for convenience. Once you click one you're on someone else's site, under their terms and their privacy policy, and we have no control over and take no responsibility for what's there.
06 — No guarantees
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be either — it may go down, contain mistakes, or change without notice. Race dates and times in particular are drawn from public data and are not an official schedule; check the official calendar before making plans around one.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from using the site or relying on what's on it. Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer under Swedish or EU law that cannot be limited.
07 — Changes and governing law
These terms can change; the current version is always the one on this page, and the date below tells you when it last moved. Swedish law applies, and the Swedish courts have jurisdiction — again, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live.
